ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson arrived in Potsdam on Thursday for informal talks with OSCE foreign ministers. Crisis and conflict management in Ukraine and European security were key issues up for discussion. Johnson made it clear that despite U.K. voters choosing to secede from the European Union, London would still "remain integrally involved in the diplomacy and politics" of the continent. "Whatever our relationship is going to be with the treaties of the European Union, the United Kingdom is not leaving Europe, broadly conceived," he told reporters.
