ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: A fired-up Joe Biden joined Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine on the campaign trail, Monday (September 5) in Pittsburgh, PA. Speaking about Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, Kaine says "He thinks we're chumps." "Does anybody think there would be a minimum wage without union workers?" Joe Biden asked the crowd on Labor Day. Getting increasingly fired up, Biden went on to say "know that there are so many people like Trump who look at us like we're not their equal. I'm sick of it. I've had it up to here." The staunch union supporter said unions have lifted the wages of non-union workers as well as union workers, as a result of strong negotiation and organization in the U.S.
