ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Democratic vice presidential candidate Sen. Tim Kaine focused on the Republican presidential nominee's foreign policy views telling supporters in New Hampshire, "I think you've all followed the bizarre fascination Donald Trump has with Vladimir Putin." Kaine also targeted Republican vice presidential candidate Gov. Mike Pence, saying "His running mate, my opponent for Vice-President, said that is it inarguable, it is inarguable, that Vladimir Putin is a better leader for his country than Barack Obama is for America." "I mean just think about that. When I heard that, my heart sunk because what I thought of was... running your economy into the ground, that's leadership? Persecuting journalists, that's leadership? Persecuting LGBT Russians, that's leadership?" he said. "You call that that leadership? You see to my way of thinking, if you can't tell the difference between dictatorship and leadership, then you have no business being President of the United States."
