Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte's on course for further controversy after saying he wants to slaughter three million drug abusers. He's compared his anti-drugs campaign to Hitler's persecution of the Jews during World War Two. (SOUNDBITE)(English) PHILIPPINES PRESIDENT RODRIGO DUTERTE SAYING: "Hitler massacred three million Jews. Now there is three million, what is it, three million drug addicts there are. I'd be happy to slaughter them. At least Germany had Hitler, the Philippines would have (me), you know, my victims I would like to be all criminals." Adolf Hitler massacred six million Jews in what's considered the deadliest ethnic and political persecution in history.
