ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: President Barack Obama chastised the Republican party for making Donald Trump the Republican presidential nominee saying, "You claim the mantle of the party of family values, and this is the guy you nominate." Speaking at the Ohio Democratic Party Dinner, Obama said, "They know better ...and they didn't say anything." "They don't get credit for, at the very last minute, when finally the guy that they nominated, and they endorsed and they supported is caught on tape saying things that no decent person would even think, much less say, much less brag about , much less laugh about or joke about, much less act on...you can't wait until that finally happens and then say 'that's too much" Trump has said accusations that he groped women in a series of incidents going back to the 1980s were part of a coordinated attempt to keep him from the Oval Office. The New York Times reported that two women said they had endured sexual aggression from him, and several other women made similar allegations in other media outlets. The New York businessman's campaign was already struggling to contain a crisis after a video surfaced last week showing him bragging in 2005 about groping women and making unwanted sexual advances.
