ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Britain's Queen Elizabeth welcomed President Juan Manuel Santos to London on Tuesday (November 1) at the start of a three-day state visit, the first by a Colombian president. Santos arrived with Prince Charles to inspect a Guard of Honor and met Prime Minister Theresa May and Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson. The President and his wife Maria Clemencia Rodriguez de Santos are staying at Buckingham Palace with the queen and will be entertained at a state banquet later on Tuesday. Santos was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize last month for his efforts to end one of the world's longest-running civil wars.
