She's been the face of Donald Trump's campaign and White House transition… And now Kellyanne Conway is headed for a top job steps from the Oval Office. Trump naming Conway "counselor to the president" - a high level post - where she'll help manage Trump's messaging and Capitol Hill priorities. Conway is widely credited with righting the ship as Trump's third campaign manager during the darkest days of his sometimes chaotic run. Conway stepped in after previous campaign chair Paul Manafort was forced out due to his ties to Ukrainian and Russian politicians. The 49 year old pollster helping to rein in Trump and instill an overall discipline. The president-elect in a statement calling Conway "crucial" in his win over Democrat Hillary Clinton.
