What do you see that -- major threats to or maybe they aren't threats to two maintaining. Global leadership in innovation among university cost. Yeah naturalized American so Canadian -- if you haven't picked up the I was wondering about actually. You -- -- and but being here. Did you give -- or immigration reform. Use the US we need them out -- -- and we need more hours. Four and users issues people are coming in getting the graduate degrees. Likewise we actually a few more Americans into science technology education about the charges make more abuses of the for instance can stay in certain companies and provision. It's actually get more Americans. So I really think it's a combination of the immigration and focusing education system more towards technology. To you now. But didn't say that some universities. Are getting really really competitive outside of the United States. -- equipment and investment. In the future and it got very bright people. They're extremely impressed by the universities and Australia and I didn't. And have an impression before but frankly. There -- equipment was you know top top line in the world. Where do you when you've interviewed -- people like you on board folks are you noticing any sort of captains in the American -- -- -- curiosity. Really I think. And I'm. You know shortfall he will. You know -- and our educational system that still -- good I just wanted to. You know make sure folks knew that you know usually universities that are really trying to compete against -- and -- -- international persons of what I've used it. -- Sport's newest sponsor we have also very high -- it looked very good actress. Ports are. And so I don't foresee like a huge issue because I think there's a natural pool of -- here. That come from immigration. You know the US citizens but I think yeah. We don't so I think that we have a tremendous. I would say. Particularly in this country in. Innovation. Coming from her since he's come from all the stuff that swirled I think it's so. Exciting what's going here and I don't dismiss what you -- I think there's great programs outside the US of course. And we have a huge pool. Balance thanking -- so I think it's.
