President Trump handed another legal defeat. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco on Thursday unanimously upholding a Lower Court's decision to block Trump's controversial executive order that temporarily banned travelers from seven Muslim-majority countries and all refugees. The ruling a relief to those from the affected areas in Africa and the Middle East and extends the window for them to enter the U.S. The question is how long that window will stay open, as the case is now likely headed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
