ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden joined Democrats on the steps of the U.S. Capitol to mark the seventh anniversary of the passage of Obamacare. He was joined by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer along with California Governor Jerry Brown among others to rally support for the law. Republican Party leaders hope to move a bill to dismantle Obamacare to the House floor for debate as early as Thursday. But the administration and House leadership can afford to lose only about 20 Republican votes or risk the bill failing since Democrats are united against it.
