ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Black smoke is seen rising near a part of the airfield where planes were parked at Moscow's Vnukovo airport on Tuesday (April 11). U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was due to land at the airport on Tuesday afternoon to begin a visit to Moscow. A Reuters photographer said when the smoke was spotted, Tillerson's aircraft had yet to land. A spokesman for the Moscow directorate of the Emergencies Ministry said the smoke was caused by grass and refuse which had caught fire outside the perimeter of the airport.
