Former US President Bill Clinton is teaming up with thriller writer James Patterson on a novel entitled ''The President is Missing.'' Rollo Ross reports.
There are numerous options for former US Presidents when they leave office, but Bill Clinton has come out with a novel idea. It's been announced that Clinton is working with best-selling suspense writer James Patterson, who wrote "Along Came a Spider" and "Women's Murder Club", on a thriller called "The President is Missing", which is set to be published in June 2018. The book draws on Clinton's experiences as the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001. It promises to give an inside look into what it's really like to be a president in office and how politics in Washington work. Although Clinton has written autobiographies in the past, "The President is Missing" marks Clinton's first foray as a novelist and unsurprisingly it's Patterson's first collaboration with a president.
