ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson on Monday said that the Brexit bill would be part of a negotiated package, as he arrived in Brussels for a regular meeting of EU foreign ministers. "As they say in Brussels [...] 'nothing is agreed until everything is agreed'. And so you've got to look at the money - at the whole thing, at the free trade arrangements - you have got to look at all that as a package," Johnson added. EU Foreign Ministers will be meeting on Monday for the European Union's Foreign Affairs Council which will likely include discussions on the EU's security and defence presence as well as the EU-Africa relationship.
