Britain's Prince William and his wife Catherine make pretzels in the German town of Heidelberg. Rough cut (no reporter narration).
ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Britain's Prince William and his wife Catherine continued their three-day visit to Germany on Thursday (July 20) by visiting the southern university town of Heidelberg where they toured the town market with traditional local products on display. William, second in line to the British throne, and Catherine took a lesson in pretzel-making from apprentices and also made colourful candies during the visit, which is taking place as Britain negotiates its exit from the European Union. While Kate did rather well, her husband did not do such a good job with the pretzels. The weather also played along with the visit of the royal couple: right at the end of the market-visit the skies opened and treated them all to a "very English weather" as it was heard being said.
