A manhunt underway in a Paris suburb after a vehicle rammed six French soldiers in an apparent attack. Two have serious wounds. The BMW involved driving away after the incident -- the mayor of Levallois-Perret says he has no doubt it was deliberate act. He says the car was parked in alley before it hit the troops as they left their barracks to go on patrol. France been under a state of emergency for two years, as one of the countries hardest hit by wave of attacks in Europe inspired or orchestrated by militant Islamist insurgencies. Attacks in the country have claimed more than 230 lives.
