ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Spanish police conducted an overnight raid in the early hours of Monday (August 21), seizing material from a flat in the town of Ripoll where suspects in last week's Barcelona attack are believed to have held meetings, according to local police officer. Armed police continued tightly controlling access to the quiet town set beneath the Pyrenees mountains, which was home to a number of the mostly Moroccan youths suspected of involvement. Authorities are still looking for Younes Abouyaaqoub, 22, who they believe was behind the wheel of the van which left a trail of dead and injured on Barcelona's famed boulevard. The Catalan regional government said all European police forces were now searching for Abouyaaqoub and authorities could not rule out that he had slipped across the border into France.
