Celebrated British designer Julien MacDonald displayed his Spring/Summer 2018 collection at London Fashion Week and used the occasion to voice his regrets on using animal fur in the past. (SOUNDBITE) (English) FASHION DESIGNER JULIEN MACDONALD: "You do not need to kill animals to wear nice clothes. You know what? It was my mistake. I was young. I am sorry. I apologize." MacDonald's new collection, influenced by a 'parallel universe' theme came with a surprise appearance from Brazilian model and Ciroc Ambassador Alessandra Ambrosio. (SOUNDBITE) (English) MODEL AND CIROC AMBASSADOR, ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO: "Well his dresses are one of a kind creations. You know every single dress you see there is only their one in they are so beautiful they're like masterpieces. It's like couture you know, you're never gonna find another one the same." Ambrosio closed the show in a specially designed dress which was a collaboration between the fashion powerhouse and the drinks brand. London Fashion Weeks runs until Tuesday (September 19).
