ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Vice President Mike Pence took part in a wreath-laying ceremony to honor military veterans at Arlington Nation Cemetery on Saturday (November 11), where he spoke about the burden borne by those who serve. Earlier in the day he helped volunteers clean the Vietnam War memorial in Washington. He was joined by his wife, Karen Pence, and around two dozen others, who scrubbed the memorial from top to bottom for the early morning event.
