Bonus time for UK shop workers

Mar.07 - Britain's biggest department store group John Lewis saw its profits drop by almost 4% in 2011, leading to the same cut in their staff bonus to 14%. But amid tough trading conditions, the employee-owned company is one of the few paying their workers a bonus at all. Joanna Partridge reports
