Temperatures soared on Sunday to an all-time high of 115 degrees Fahrenheit (40 Celsius) in parts of Canada as a record heat wave blistered the country, sparking a run on ice and air-conditioners, while forcing many restaurants and bars to close. Bryan Wood reports.
