IMF warns on Brexit damage as Barnier sets out terms

Britain's economy is already suffering from last year's vote to leave the European Union, according to Christine Lagarde of the International Monetary Fund. As David Pollard reports, the IMF chief was speaking in London - while in Brussels, the EU's chief negotiator, Michel Barnier, outlined his negotiating directives for a new round of talks on a Brexit transitional period.
