July 26 – A day after Mitt Romney appeared to question Britain's readiness to host the Olympic Games, the Republican presidential candidate spoke more positively after a meeting with British Prime Minister David Cameron. Romney, the former chief executive of the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics in 2002, had previously told a U.S. television network there were "disconcerting" signs and it was "hard to know just how well it will turn out." Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
