Young activists force German climate law to harden

A law that requires Germany to almost completely stop its CO2 emissions by 2050 is considered a crowning achievement of Chancellor Angela Merkel's tenure. But a challenge by young activists like 22-year-old Sophie Backsen has now been backed by the country's highest court, which says the law doesn't go far enough. Matthew Larotonda reports.
